Presentation guidelines and tips can be found at “For authors” site.
We are really grateful to all the authors of the papers submitted to the Microwave and Radar Week (MRW) to be held in Warsaw this October. Moving the event from Vilnius to Warsaw and from May to October allowed us more flexibility in structuring the technical program of the MRW and the social events. Since some of worldwide constraints imposed due to pandemic will likely remain in place in October, we are planning to organize MRW in a hybrid mode with both physical and virtual participation possible. All authors who are subject to travel restrictions will thus have the possibility to enjoy the conference virtually, although we strongly encourage you to join us physically during the event, as this is the most effective way to socialize and build connections. Obviously, we will take all necessary precautions for social distancing, so all physical presentations to be held at the conference site will be at large meeting rooms. The physical technical program will run in parallel to the virtual event. Details of the physical and virtual technical programs will be available around the beginning of August. We are now planning the program for 3 days: 5-7 October, 2020. Registration site is now open again after lockdown, so we encourage those of you that have not registered to the event, yet, to make it as soon as possible. We are also pleased to announce that MRW is offering virtual attendance at a reduced registration fee to attendees who are not the authors of papers submitted for the MRW.
Looking forward to meeting you in Warsaw.
