Information for Exhibitors
EXHIBIT OVERVIEW
MRW – Microwave and Radar Week, which was scheduled for May 2020 in Vilnius, Lithuania will now be held virtually and physically in 5th to 8th of October 2020. Physical part will be held in Warsaw, Poland.
The MRW – Microwave and Radar Week (MIKON, URSI, IRS and SPW) 2020 organizers have made difficult and responsible decision that due to out of concern for the health and safety of all delegates, exhibitors and visitors, the MRW – Microwave and Radar Week which was scheduled to be held in May 2020 in Vilnius, Lithuania is transitioning to a hybrid event.
The great part of MRW support comes from the exhibitors. The MRW exhibition is a great opportunity to announce products and build new relationships. This time due to the situation with COVID-19 the virtual exhibition will be prepared for online form as well. Physical exhibition will be held in Warsaw, Poland

CANCELLATION POLICY
Until August 31, 2020 – 50% refund
From September 1, 2020 – no refund
CHANGE OF THE PACKAGE FORM OFFLINE TO ONLINE
Until September 15, 2020 – possibility to change the order from the offline package to an online package (full difference between packages will be refunded)
From September 16, 2020 – possibility to change the order form the offline package to an online package (50% refund of the difference between packages)
