Safety rules and regulations during COVID-19 pandemic
MRW 2020
Taking care of your health is our number one priority.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of the event participants, the organizer is obliged to inform about:
- wearing face and nose coverings in public areas and whenever possible;
- following social distancing (stay at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests)
- washing hands frequently with soap and water
- complying with the regulations imposed by the regulations on epidemics
- participants are required to print, complete and sign an epidemiological declaration
- participants are required to print and come to registration with badge that will be sent by e-mail before event starts
- before entering the venue, participants will be given a non-contact measurement of body temperature in the entrance zone, if it is still recommended by GIS
- mandatory for all participants hand disinfection before entering
- non-contact form of verification of entry documents in entrance areas
- regular disinfection by the organizer of the reception and doors, meeting tables
- Plexiglas coverings for reception
- safe areas of the queue to service points where the waiting staff will be at least 2 meters away from each other
- the organizer does not provide the face covering (e.g. masks)
- if you suddenly develop symptoms of a respiratory infection (with at least one of the symptoms being fever, breathing difficulties or cough), and if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case in the last 14 days, call a poviat sanitary and epidemiological station immediately or go to the nearest hospital with an infectious diseases ward, while avoiding public transport

The organizer of the MRW 2020 shall fully comply with Guidelines for organizers of conferences during the COVID-19 epidemic in Poland developed by the Ministry of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate
